Curtains in Northern Fabric by Kirkby Design Product Ref: K5218/07
Curtains from £584 EACH
Collection:
Designed circa 1965 by leading British textile designer, Marianne Straub, this distinct moquette saw extensive application throughout the 1970s and 1980s, gracing the seating of London Underground's Northern, Piccadilly, and Bakerloo lines, as well as the city's iconic double-decker buses. Its enduring design is a testament to timeless British craftsmanship. Featuring large-scale interlocking blocks of colour, Kirkby scaled up the original geometric to create a cut and uncut velvet that makes a striking, graphic statement. Shown here in the Theatre colourway.
