The Drift collection from Layered is a series of handwoven rugs in a single, solid color across the whole surface. This rug collection lets texture and material carry the visual weight rather than pattern. The handloom technique gives the surface a subtle, handmade irregularity that catches light differently depending on the angle in the room. It works as a grounding piece in a room that already has pattern elsewhere, or as a starting point for a more pared-back palette.
