Adapted from a 17th century French archive document, this sophisticated damask features a beautiful contrast of a matt, textured pattern raised against the lustre of a silk ground to create a subtle, contemporary take on a classical design. Woven by an English silk specialist mill, family owned and now 10th generation, the skills and knowledge has been handed down from generation to generation ensuring time honoured craftsmanship continues.
