Ceder by Sandberg is inspired by the coastline at Mons Klint which consists of limestone with fossils of both animals and plants that are millions of years old. 'Ceder' a type of cypress, can be seen as the Nordic version of an exotic plant, here embedded in raw limestine that gives a modern, botanical expression.
