Inspired by the wildflower meadows of the National Trust’s Brockhampton Estate, Spring Meadows delicately depicts Bee Orchids, Ragged Robins, Bluebells and other native blooms. The inclusion of Yellow Rattle reflects ongoing conservation work at Brockhampton, where sheep tread the seeds into the soil to encourage biodiversity. This embroidery arranges these motifs in the structured, bordered style of Indian miniature painting. Shown here in the Chintz colourway.
