Howdah Fringe is a lovely trimming by James Hare. A pretty tassel fringe trim with multi-color elements set from a subtle zig zag woven heading. The design mixes matt and shiny yarns for extra detail that will enhance edges wherever it is used. Inspired by the howdah or elephant carriage which often has fringed canopy edges.
