Shipping

Shipping is FREE on orders over $150 and costs $15 for orders under $150, to anywhere in the US.

Shipping lead time is typically 3 - 7 working days, but varies by item and products from some brands will take longer. Specific timescale information is available on each product page. 

For most items, a signature will be required on receipt of the item, with the exception of fabric and wallpaper samples.

Shipping of samples to all locations in the US costs $10 and takes 5-7 working days on a tracked shipping service.

Returns Policy

We always recommend ordering samples of fabrics and wallpapers before placing an order.

Please refer to individual product pages for returns eligibility and returns conditions specific to that product.

  • All items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. 
  • Where returns are permitted, items should be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • Due to the bespoke nature of our products we are unable to issue refunds on fabric and wallpaper that has been cut for you, and wallpapers that have been printed to order. We cannot accept returns due to incorrect measurements supplied to us.
  • Please inspect your items when you receive them. For fabrics and wallpapers, please check you are happy prior to cutting or hanging. If your order arrives damaged or faulty please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping FAQs

We use shipping companies such as UPS for most items. For smaller items and samples we use the postal service.

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if you have ordered items from multiple brands or with different lead times.

If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, the shipping company will leave a card explaining how to arrange shipping for another day, or to another address. If the shipping company doesn’t hear back from you they will normally try twice again, before returning your order to us. If your order is returned to us the normal shipping rate will apply for further attempts.

As soon as your item is handed over to the shipping company, we will email you with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order. You will also be able to check on the status of your order in your online account.

As long as your items have not been dispatched we can rearrange the shipping date and/or the shipping address. Please contact us and we can make the amendments.

As we offer such a large range, for most items we do not hold stock but order from our suppliers when we receive an order. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we only offer items which have good levels of availability. However, very occasionally suppliers discontinue certain lines or there will be a delay in fulfilling your order. When this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible (normally within 24 hours of receiving your order) to see if you are happy to wait or arrange a refund.

Our prices include all import taxes, and the amount of sales tax for your order is clearly shown in the checkout. You will not have to pay any further charges.

If you’d like to cancel or make any amendments to your order, please let us know within one hour of ordering for a full refund. 

Lengths of fabric and trim are cut to order, and so are not returnable for lengths under 6 yards. In some circumstances, for lengths over 6 yards we may be able to accept returns of fabric, but this will depend on the individual fabric and will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

We recommend obtaining a sample before ordering. Please check your fabric before cutting.

We are able to accept returns of wallpaper for some but not all brands. Please refer to individual product pages for more information. Only sealed complete rolls of wallpaper may be returned. We cannot accept returns of wallpaper that has been printed to order. 

We advise you to carefully consider the size and style of rug you require for your room before ordering, as we are not able to accept returns or exchanges of rugs. 

We are able to accept returns of pillows for some but not all brands. Please refer to individual product pages for more information. 

If your item is faulty please contact us. We will normally need to arrange collection of the faulty item, and once inspected we will advise you on the options.

Once cut we will not normally be able to consider a length of fabric for return. Wallpaper should be checked again when 2 drops have been hung. Please stop wallpapering if you come across a fault at this stage.

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they are well packed. We recommend using a shipping service which requires a signature to ensure that you have proof of return. The cost of returning an item is at your expense.

Once we have processed a refund we will confirm this to you by email. The exact timing of when you receive the refund depends on your card issuer, our payment providers will pass funds back to your card issuer within 1 working day, but it will then typically take a few more days before funds are allocated by your card issuer to your account. Typically, refunds take 3-5 days.

  • Please email us with your order number, name, and stating the items you would like to return.
  • We will confirm your return request and issue a shipping label for which a $25 charge will be deducted from any refund due.
  • Where a restocking charge is due, this will be calculated and also deducted from your refund.
  • Please do not send items back to us before contacting us to authorize the return. We only permit returns using a courier service arranged by us.
  • Once we have received your returned items we will email you to confirm receipt, and confirm any refund due. Refunds typically take 3-5 days to appear in your account.
